Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

Choose one of the following activities as a way to further reflect on the Sunday readings:

Have each family member share a time that his/her weapon of choice against evil was “good.” How was “good” used to conquer evil? How is Jesus’ life an example of good conquering evil?
How is loving one another similar to God’s character? Discuss the community found in the Triune God. Father God, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit love and live as community. How is that community an example for all relationships? Why might that work so well? Have family members relate how difficult it is to love everyone and why it is still important to do so. How does forgiveness fit into the equation?
