Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Choose one of the following activities as a way to further reflect on the Sunday readings:

Jesus is the source of eternal life. We are called to share Jesus’ life with the world. How can you share Jesus with others this week?
Attend Mass at an assisted living center or hospital this weekend. Ask the staff what services your family could do to help those who are sick or alone.
As a family, go to the church to make a visit to the Blessed Sacrament. Before the visit, talk about what it means to show reverence, or care and respect for God.
Make a list of things for which your family is thankful. Remember these things the next time you participate in the Eucharist.
