Third Sunday in Ordinary Time

Choose one of the following activities as a way to further reflect on the Sunday readings:

What can your family do this week to show others that you believe in the Good News?
As a family, read stories of saints who showed their belief in the Good News. Discuss: How were the lives of others affected by this person's faith in Jesus?
Jesus calls us to be fishers of people. If you were going to catch people for Jesus, what kind of bait would you need?
As a family, make a list of ways each individual’s life and your family life is influenced by your faith in Jesus. After brainstorming the list, talk about a few of the items. Finally, decide on one thing your family will do this week to put into practice the faith you share.
