Lifelong CatechesisForming Catholic identity across generations
For a large part of the liturgical year, we devote ourselves to listening to the mystery of Christ in all its aspects unfolded as we seek God's truth and understanding.
Albert the Great, Bishop and Doctor
Albert was the oldest son of a wealthy military family. Albert liked to learn about God’s world. He looked carefully at spider webs. He studied the stars and the way they move. Albert hiked for miles just to be around the animals and plants of nature. People called Albert “the bishop of the boots.” The Catholic Church celebrates Saint Albert’s feast day on November 15.
